Terms of Service

PixelPro is operated by Unikklab LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use pixelproapp.com and the PixelPro web app. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

1. Your account

You need an account to use the tools. You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter into a contract where you live to buy a plan. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Plans, billing and renewal

• Quarterly: $59.99 charged when you subscribe and every 3 months after that.
• 7-Day Full Access: $1.99 for the first 7 days, then $29.99 every month. The 7-day price is meant for new customers.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes may be added where required.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

3. Cancelling

Cancel any time from the account menu: Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that. If you cancel during the first 7 days of the 7-Day Full Access plan, you are not charged the monthly price. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Fair use

Each account can process up to 60 photos a day. We may slow down or pause an account whose use looks automated or abusive, and we will tell you if we do.

5. Your photos

• You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the results you create.
• You give us permission to store and process your photos only to provide the service to you, including sending them to the AI provider that produces your result.
• You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload, including the permission of people who can be recognized in it where the law requires it.
• Photos and results are kept for 120 days and then deleted automatically (see our Privacy Policy).

6. What you may not do

• Upload anything illegal, or any sexual content involving a minor.
• Create intimate or sexual images of a real person without their consent, or images meant to deceive, harass or impersonate someone.
• Remove watermarks or other marks from images you do not own or have permission to change.
• Infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Probe, overload or get around the limits of the service, or resell access to it.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. AI results

Results are produced by AI models and can be imperfect. Colorization shows plausible colors, not the colors that were actually there; restoration and enhancement can change small details. Check a result before you rely on it. You may use your results for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you have the rights to the photo you started from.

8. The service

We work to keep PixelPro available and to improve it, which means tools, models and features can change. We provide the service "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, without warranties of any kind.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using PixelPro and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms; where we close an account without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections of the law where you live.

12. Changes and contact
