Privacy Policy

PixelPro is operated by Unikklab LLC (1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States). This policy explains what we collect when you use pixelproapp.com and the PixelPro web app, why, and what you can do about it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and an account ID. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google. If you sign up with email, your password is stored by our sign-in provider in hashed form, and we send a 6-digit code to confirm your address.
- Photos and results: the photos you upload and the results you create, so we can process them and show them in My creations.
- Subscription: your plan, its status and renewal dates, and a customer ID from Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- Usage: which tool you used and when, whether it succeeded, and how many photos you processed today — for My creations, the daily limit and fixing problems.
- Technical: your IP address, used to limit abuse (when an email address is checked at sign-up, a one-way hashed form of it is stored with an hourly counter), and basic browser information.
- Advertising: if you reach us from an ad, the ad's click ID (for example Google's gclid) and campaign details are kept in a cookie for up to 90 days and attached to your subscription if you buy one, so we can see which ads lead to purchases.
- Support: what you write to us. Support emails from the app include details such as your browser, the page you were on, your plan and account ID, which you can see and edit before sending.
Who processes it for us
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — accounts, photo storage, database and server functions.
- Fal (fal.ai) — runs the AI models that produce your results. It receives the photo and the settings for the tool you chose.
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, delivers your images and sends sign-up codes by email. When you sign up with email, Cloudflare Turnstile checks invisibly that you are a person, not a bot; see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Google — if you choose Sign in with Google.
These providers process data on our behalf and only to run the service. When we measure our ads, we may send an ad platform the click ID it gave us together with the time and amount of a purchase. Data is stored and processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Photos and results: 120 days, then deleted automatically — from our storage and from our AI provider.
- Sign-up codes: 10 minutes.
- Account and usage records: while your account exists.
- Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We use only what the service needs: your sign-in session, a marker that you are signed in, the ad click cookie described above, and a photo you picked before signing in, kept only in your browser so it is still there after you sign in or pay — it is removed when the job starts, and discarded after an hour. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the site.
Your choices and rights
You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, in Settings → Account → Delete account: your photos, results and history are deleted right away and an active plan ends without renewing. Our payment processor keeps its records of past payments, as the law requires. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing pixelpro@unikklab.com from the address you signed in with. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK or California) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
PixelPro is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we use your data, tell signed-in users by email.
